Your body doesn’t want to eat the veggies that will take longer to fill you up but will satiate you for longer; it wants to be full immediately with whatever is in site and whatever tastes best.
Your body is like a child. You need to train it to WANT and DO what’s good for it.
But sometimes we don’t know where to start. Sometimes we don’t know WHAT to do. Sometimes we don’t know how to train ourselves.
